Where I practice
Thank you for visiting my Web page. Please read on to learn more about me and how I practice.
I grew up in Los Angeles and attended UCLA for college, then moved to the East Coast for my medical training. I spent four years in New York for medical school, four years in Boston for my residency, and two years in Pittsburgh for my fellowship training. After that, I moved back to Los Angeles with my husband, where I’ve been lucky enough to start a beautiful family and pursue my career as a gynecologist.
About my practice
After my residency in Ob/Gyn, I spent two additional years in a fellowship program specializing in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. That means performing gynecologic surgeries on women through tiny incisions and a camera, instead of using the traditional big incisions. The advantage of this type of surgery is that members can usually go home on the same day after surgery, have a quicker and less painful recovery, and can get back to their usual activities sooner. I’m very proud that my extra training allows me to perform almost all the surgeries that my members need this way. This includes surgeries for abnormal bleeding, big fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, and endometriosis. If you think you have any of these problems, I would love to see if I can help. Please call to make an appointment to see me in my office.
How I thrive
I love spending time outdoors—especially by the ocean. I spend most of my free time with my family. My husband and I have two adorable kids that keep us very busy!
