Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.
Being raised on a farm, I know the value of hard work. I worked hard to get my medical degree and feel that I should use my training to the fullest extent to help members like you. My goal in life is to guide and help members to make good decisions. I never tell you what to do, since it is your body, but I do offer to help you make good decisions. I try to stay up to date with new medical information so I can offer you every option.
About my practice
I work with a team of excellent physicians who share similar views in taking care of members. We aim to help and take care of you as if you were a part of our family.
How I thrive
To help me decrease stress at work and at home, I do Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa exercises three to four times per week. Lian Gong is an old Asian practice of stretching your arms, back, and legs to help energy flow through your body easier. I believe everyone needs to do some type of stretching daily to prevent injuries, as well as some resistance exercises, like weights, to improve strength. As we get older, this becomes more important for our bodies because we start to lose our flexibility and strength. The old saying is true, “Use it or lose it.” Just walking 15 minutes each night after supper will decrease your risk of diabetes and heart disease. I encourage all members to exercise and to watch their diets.
