Where I practice
Hello, and welcome to my Web page!
I was born on Long Island, NY, and lived there for most of grade school. I then moved to Taiwan for two years to learn Mandarin and more about my culture. I eventually moved to Southern California where I attended UCSD for college and Loma Linda University for medical school. I completed my residency in pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. I had the honor of being chief resident at the Los Angeles Medical Center, and now have the privilege of taking care of kids as a full-time pediatrics hospitalist.
About my practice
As a hospitalist, I work solely taking care of kids that have been admitted to the hospital. Being in the hospital can be incredibly stressful for both kids and families, and I work with many physicians, nurses, staff, and parents to get kids healthy and back to their normal lives as soon as possible! Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center is also a teaching hospital with many medical students and residents, and I take great pride in contributing to the education of our next generation of great pediatricians!
How I thrive
As evident by my educational history, I have a hard time leaving the sunny weather of Southern California. On free weekends, you may find me playing basketball, going to the beach, or enjoying the great outdoors. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and I do all I can to stay balanced so that I can be the best physician possible for my patients!
