Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and tell you a little bit about myself.
I grew up in Costa Mesa, California and attended California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo, where I studied biology. I then returned to Southern California and attended medical school at the University of California - Irvine. It was in medical school that I first had an in-depth look at the specialty of obstetrics/gynecology, and I knew from that point forward that it was what would continually fulfill me as a doctor. I stayed in Southern California and completed my ob/gyn residency at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. Through my residency training, I discovered that I loved their model for health care and I decided to stay there to practice.
About my practice
The field of ob/gyn is extremely diverse, and I have found that taking care of women through all facets of life is extremely rewarding. I believe that every person is unique, and because of this I make sure to give my undivided attention to each patient, regardless of what they are being seen for, and I strive to make each experience rewarding for every patient.
How I thrive
I am a firm believer that life is about balance. I am lucky to work in an environment that supports a philosophy of healthy living, and I try to make it a part of my life every day. I also enjoy spending time with my own family and try to keep active. I have a son who is the light of my life and helps me achieve that goal of staying active! I grew up swimming and playing water polo, so I still also enjoy the water as much as possible!
