Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate that Kaiser Permanente has given me the opportunity to work with wonderful and compassionate colleagues, and to work with you to care for your health.
I was born in the Philippines but grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I come from a large extended family with loving parents and five sisters. After my residency at UC Irvine, I moved to Arizona where I worked in a similar group practice for seven years before moving back to Southern California. I love the weather in Southern California, which allows me to pursue my outdoor activities. I love my active life style, which includes bicycling, running, and more recently, triathlons. You may have seen me in some of the local races as I have enjoyed seeing some of my parents as well as patients at these same events.
About my practice
I believe in the adage that children are our future. As a pediatrician I have the opportunity to introduce healthy life style practices and preventive care early. I believe in working with parents, educating them, and being supportive as they undertake the difficult yet rewarding task of raising their children.
How I thrive
I believe in keeping balance in my life and try to live my life to the fullest each day. I love my family and enjoy spending time with them. I enjoy being active and pursuing new activities. I chose to work for Kaiser Permanente because it supports my pursuit of providing medical care to my members and finding balance in my personal life.
