Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself. I look forward to working with you to take care of your health and related matters.
I was born in Taiwan. Many members of my family are physicians. I was an internal medicine doctor before I immigrated to the United States. I completed two years of internal medicine residency in Taiwan. In addition to being board-certified in family medicine since 1985, I was board-certified in geriatric medicine in 1989. Prior to moving in sunny Southern California, I did three years of family practice residency at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, which is affiliated with the University of Iowa. I’ve been a family medicine doctor for more than 30 years, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. I have a wonderful family life with a lovely wife and two successful children. One of my sons is a physician, too. My sweet wife and I have been married for more than 33 years.
About my practice
I have been a family practice physician with Kaiser Permanente in the Ontario area since 1985. I love my practice at Kaiser Permanente and enjoy living in the Inland Empire.
How I thrive
In order to have good health, you need to keep your mind, body, and spirit in balance. Daily exercise is a priority in my life. I either go jogging or on a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes per day, five days per week. I also find time to relax by meditating or practicing Tai Chi in my backyard for at least 15 minutes per day. May every one of my members have great health and beautiful lives.
