Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente, an innovative organization at the forefront of health care. I look forward to meeting with you and working with you to care for your health and well being.
I was born and raised in the Catskill Mountains area of New York. I moved to New York City area after college, where I completed medical school and residency training. After practicing in Brooklyn for four years, I relocated with my wife and two children to Southern California and began my practice at Kaiser Permanente in 2006. I love the outdoors and am excited to live in this area with the amazing weather and the beautiful ocean and mountains nearby.
About my practice
I practice general internal medicine in the office setting. I strongly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of preventive health care and maximizing your health to live well and to thrive. My wonderful colleagues and patients make my work enjoyable.
How I thrive
Life is busy but finding a balance between work, family, and my personal interests is how I thrive. To keep myself as healthy as possible, I do my best to include exercise, good nutrition, quality family time, and adequate rest. Taking these steps enhances my overall physical and emotional well-being. My most recent addition at work is my office treadmill desk, which allows me to walk on average five miles daily throughout my day. I'd be glad you show you when you visit our medical office.
