Accepting new patients.
Welcome to my Web page. I hope as you navigate this page you can learn a little about me. Choosing a pediatrician for your precious little ones can be a stressful experience, and I hope this page brings you a sense of familiarity before we meet. I love meeting new families and learning about their lives.
Born and raised in Southern California, I’ve wanted to be a doctor since kindergarten. My love of science and desire to help families heal made pediatrics a natural fit for me. I did my pre-med training at UCLA, medical school at UC Irvine, and my pediatric residency at Kaiser Permanente. I have a great husband and three young, vibrant children. I love Broadway musicals, concerts, and immersing myself in Southern California's wonderful ethnic culture and arts.
I see newborns to teenagers up to the age of 18. You’ll notice a computer in every exam room—this helps me go over your health record more easily with you. I think of myself as your partner in health and well-being. I want to help you and your family through life's ups and downs. My practice style draws from the latest pediatric medicine recommendations, coupled with my own experiences as a parent myself. I work with several other pediatricians, and there's definitely a family atmosphere around the office.
I believe in the importance of health in the mind, body, and spirit. I stay well by striking a good balance between work and quality time with my family and friends. I have a strong spiritual base and enjoy involvement in my local church. I love taking my children to the Huntington Library, Disneyland, museums, and the local park. I enjoy running, swimming, tennis, and hitting the ski slopes when given the opportunity. I’m excited to have completed my first half-marathon in 2014 with some of my Kaiser Permanente colleagues. Pushing my little ones on the swings has been one of my main arm strength exercises the last few years!
