About me
Hello, My name is Dr. Carmen M. Lebron. Welcome to my Web page. I am glad that I have this opportunity to share more about myself and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
Biography
I was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, and I am fluent in Spanish. I came to California when I was seven, and I am the oldest of three girls. At the age of 12, I was watching a television segment about the need for physicians in third world countries. My heart went out to those people and it was then that I felt driven to do something that important with my life. So I decided to pursue a career in medicine and I have never regretted it. My family is very important to me. I am married and have two children, both very energetic and enthusiastic boys. I enjoy reading, watching old movies, listening to music, going to the beach, and drinking a good cup of coffee. Most important is my time with my family and friends.
About my practice
I feel that staying healthy is important to all of us. In my practice, I believe that preventive care is a vital way to ensure that you stay healthy. I incorporate prevention as well as individualized care to help patients be and stay healthy. I have been with Kaiser Permanente for almost 13 years. I take care patients from birth to the elderly, and I truly enjoy it. I feel very honored that patients have entrusted me with their care and I continue to strive to treat them as I would my own family.
How I thrive
In this day and age, we are so busy trying to keep up with whatever life throws our way. This is why I believe that we need to strive to stay focused, and as physically, spiritually, and mentally fit as possible. I believe my family and my faith in God is a big factor in this. I thrive by trying to do some form of exercise daily, or at least three times a week, praying daily, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
