Welcome to my Web page, and thank you for taking some time to learn more about my practice. I look forward to working with you to care for your health. I tell my patients: You can do it! This can mean a time for quiet self-reflection, doing something that recharges you, or exercising to improve your energy level.
I hail from Illinois, near Chicago. My wife and I headed out here for a West Coast adventure. I have an avid interest in technology, strongly believe in preventive medicine, and am a serious advocate of exercise. Regular exercise can prevent and combat many chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression.
As a certified sports medicine physician, I have a special interest in musculoskeletal health. I also believe that, ultimately, you are the driver in your health and my role is to make helpful suggestions. When you are as healthy as possible, it improves the quality of life for you and your loved ones. For optimal health, it is important to make time for yourself.
I try to exercise at least three to five days a week, doing everything from following workout videos to running and cycling. I have no excuses because the weather in the Inland Empire is sunny and accommodating for outdoor activities most of the year.
