Welcome to my Web page. I hope that this information will help you get to know me before your initial visit.
I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. My original career goal was to become a professional baseball player. I lived that dream until I was 9 years old, when my mother told me that she wouldn't let me be a baseball player for a living and wouldn't even give me $5 to join Little League. That said, I settled for my second career choice at age 9, becoming a doctor.
In my medical practice, I do my best to make each patient feel special. I try to remember something special about each patient I meet. Patients are often shocked when I notice that they changed their hairstyle in the last year or recall the circumstances under which I met them under many years ago.
My basic philosophy is that I have to take care of myself in order to take care of my patients. In other words, I have to walk the walk and talk the talk. I believe in the Spartan lifestyle: sound mind and sound body. When most normal people are sleeping, I am at the gym six days a week at 4 o'clock in the morning. I also believe in the saying "You are what you eat." I carefully prepare my six well-balanced meals a day and don't eat fast food, junk food, or cafeteria food.
