Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I hope this will help you get to know me a little better.
I was born in Taiwan but immigrated here along with my family when I was four. I grew up in San Marino and never ventured very far outside California, as I have considered this my home for so long. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to care for others, and medicine naturally fit that goal. I specifically chose to be an obstetrician/gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) because it provides me opportunities to develop longer-term relationships with members, as well as to perform surgical procedures. I'm married to a dentist and we have a family of our own. I treasure the experience of motherhood because it allows me to better understand what women go through during their pregnancies, which has helped me become a better physician.
About my practice
I am truly thankful for all the trust and confidence that my members have in me. My goal has always been to care for people in the manner that my family would like to be treated. I strongly believe in health education because it enables people to better understand their health and actively participate in their care.
How I thrive
In my work as a physician, there are many stresses that can impact my life and well-being. My philosophy is to work hard but also take personal time so that I can renew myself and continue to provide good care. I enjoy taking walks with my husband and being active with our kids. We enjoy swimming, and I look forward to introducing my kids to snowboarding and tennis. In addition, I try to eat a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and fruits.
