About me

Welcome! As an anesthesiologist, I take pride in caring for patients who need many different types of procedures, especially those who require cardiovascular or thoracic surgery.

Biography

Having lived in various cities in this country and being a first-generation Asian American, I have been able to interact and learn from many different cultures and ethnicities. This has not only provided me with a better understanding and appreciation of people and their beliefs but also allows me to relate and comfort my patients in their times of uncertainty and need.

About my practice

I’m a board-certified, fellowship-trained cardiothoracic anesthesiologist. Cardiovascular surgery truly requires teamwork. Each person, including the cardiothoracic surgeon, nurses, and anesthesiologists, plays a crucial role affecting the patient’s overall outcome and experience.

How I thrive

I believe we are our own best health advocates and caretakers. Your body is a temple, as long as you treat it that way. I am passionate about staying fit and enjoy outdoor activities such as snowboarding and running. I also enjoy great food and wine in moderation. Taking care of yourself allows you to have an excellent quality of life!
