Where I practice
Thank you very much for visiting my Web page. As an emergency medicine physician, I rarely have the opportunity to establish long-term relationships with members. I hope this Web page gives people a chance to get to know me.
Except for eight years, I have lived all my life in Southern California. I pride myself in being a true local to the Southland, having lived in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. I love to travel, and it was during one of my trips to South America that I developed my desire to pursue medicine as a career.
About my practice
The emergency room can be a very daunting place because of the constant flow of ambulances, people who are in pain, and the sight of blood. But the emergency room is the most egalitarian place, where the door is always open and anyone can come in with any problem. This was the attraction of emergency medicine for me. The physicians and staff in the emergency department understand the situations under which people seek our help. Our goal is to provide anytime emergency care that is thorough, effective, and appropriate for our patients.
How I thrive
One of the keys to continued growth in my life is consistency. I have always been an avid student, and I continue to study not only medicine, but philosophy, literature, math, geography, and science. I've also been a big fan of the outdoors and continue to hike and camp every chance I get. All this gives me a firm foundation to thrive.
