About me
Welcome to my Web page. I’m grateful for the chance to share a little about myself and my work. I’m from India, and my journey into medicine began at a young age, shaped by watching my father navigate significant health challenges. Witnessing his struggles sparked my desire to care for others and inspired my path toward becoming a physician. I speak Hindi, Urdu, and Tamil, which helps me connect with members from many backgrounds. I appreciate you taking the time to get to know me, and I look forward to supporting you and your family’s health.
Biography
My decision to pursue medicine came from a personal place. Seeing my father face illness when I was young made me want to help people who find themselves in similar vulnerable moments. That early experience stayed with me and shaped my commitment to compassionate, whole-person care.
Before joining Kaiser Permanente, I explored different areas of healthcare, but I found myself drawn to the continuity and connection offered through family medicine. One thing I’d like members to know about me is that I’m extremely passionate about my profession. Caring for individuals and families across generations is a privilege I don’t take lightly, and I’m grateful for the path that brought me here.
About my practice
I chose family medicine because it allows me to care for every member of the family — parents, children, and grandparents — and be part of their health journeys over time. I truly enjoy the diversity of members I meet and the opportunity to build long-term, trusting relationships that positively impact their lives.
I value the collaborative environment at Kaiser Permanente and how it supports member- centered care. Whether I’m addressing preventive health, chronic conditions, or day-to-day concerns, my goal is to provide care that feels supportive, respectful, and tailored to each member’s needs. I look forward to being a partner in your health and well-being.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I thrive by staying active and connected to the activities and people I love. I enjoy cooking, listening to music, traveling, and exercising daily to maintain both physical and emotional well-being. I’m happiest when I see positive outcomes in members’ health and when I read their kind feedback — it reassures me that the work I do makes a meaningful difference. I’m also working toward maintaining a healthy work-life balance and creating more time for my own well-being.
