About me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I was born in Mexico, went to medical school in Baja California and practiced medicine there for several years before coming to the United States to do my residency in family medicine. I have always had an inclination for health sciences. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives, and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.

About my practice

I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I am also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your health. I feel very fortunate to be a bilingual physician, fluent in English and Spanish, as it gives me the opportunity to better serve the Latino patients I work with.

How I thrive

I firmly believe in the philosophy of total health and I try to live it in my life every day. My family life is my major priority. I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as exercising and reading.
