Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. It is very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me. I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I grew up in Northern California and have been a Kaiser Permanente member almost all my life. I even did my pediatric residency training at Kaiser Permanente Oakland, which is the same hospital where I was born. I moved to Southern California in 2011 because my husband’s employer required him to relocate. Soon after the move, I was fortunate enough to land a position at Kaiser Permanente Fontana. I chose to become a pediatrician because of my interest in the sciences, my love for children, and my desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Even though it was a long and tough road to get where I am now, I have no regrets, and continue to love what I do.
About my practice
I feel that having a healthy lifestyle and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I am also here to help when you are sick. In order to best serve you, I strive to provide you with health education and to build a strong partnership that actively involves you in your own care.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is difficult sometimes, but still very important to me. I strive to practice what I preach so I can stay healthy, as well. I try to eat healthy and drink lots of water. I take time out to relax or do the things I enjoy when I am stressed so I can be re-energized to put forth my best work. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, biking, snowboarding, traveling, watching movies, and reading.
