Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have the opportunity to tell you a bit about myself and I look forward to meeting you.

Biography

I grew up in Seattle and attended medical school at the University of Washington. Residency brought my spouse and me to San Diego, and we quickly realized this would be our new home. I was delighted to have the opportunity to join Kaiser Permanente as an attending physician in 2014.

About my practice

I value collaboration of care, which I believe the Kaiser Permanente team provides. I strive to ensure every patient has the opportunity to express their concerns and leave the office feeling that their voice was heard. Furthermore, I recognize the importance of continuing to learn and evolve my practice to stay up to date with medicine that is based on the latest evidence.

How I thrive

I am a believer in staying active to keep the mind, body, and spirit healthy. I enjoy yoga, Pilates, and running. I find the beach a peaceful place to regroup and de-stress. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and (although not much of a cook myself) am always ready to share a delicious meal.
