About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I am a native Californian who attended medical school in Southern California, and I am pleased to be able to live and practice otolaryngology in this area after having lived in the cold Midwest for a while. My husband and I are both Kaiser Permanente physicians and we enjoy family time when we're not at work.

About my practice

I believe the most important things I can do for patients are to truly listen to their concerns and to involve them in the decision-making process regarding their care. Patients need to be armed with knowledge in order to make informed choices. I also believe humor is a key ingredient in a successful doctor-patient relationship.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I stay active by refereeing children's soccer games for the American Youth Soccer Organization and walking my dogs.
