About Me
I have been in the Atlanta area since 1972. I live with my husband of 36 years, and we are enjoying being “empty nesters.” I have been working at Kaiser Permanente for the last 10 years.
About my practice
I work in behavioral health as a psychotherapist at the Gwinnett Medical Center, where I treat adult members for a wide range of mental health issues. I most enjoy working with members who are seeking support transitioning through a challenging situation or phase of their lives. I am trained in cognitive therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I also facilitate a women's support group.
How I thrive
Outside the office, you may find me in the gym, traveling or perhaps at a jazz club. I maintain balance by living and setting challenges for myself.
