About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I was born and raised in Southern California. I received my doctorate from the Southern California College of Optometry, and had great training at Cedars-Sinai where my interest in ocular diseases grew substantially. I also completed a year at USC-Doheny Eye Institute working in stem cell research with retinal surgeons, trying to discover a way to restore sight in rats. After graduating, I was in private practice in ophthalmology in Los Angeles for almost five years before joining Kaiser Permanente.

Biography

Vision to me is so important, because it is a sense that allows us to not only understand our world, but to learn from it and appreciate it.

About my practice

I work with a great team of ophthalmologists and optometrists. We are such a cohesive and a wonderful team, and we strive to provide the best possible eye care for our patients.

How I thrive

I am always running after my Jack Russell Terrier, who does make me thrive. Always energetic, I can never keep up with this furry kid. I also love to gather with friends, who I call my Supper Club, and share together new restaurants and food experiences, while at the same time, making sure I do not go crazy on my caloric intake.
