About Me

Welcome to this Web page. I am a full-time hospital physician at Baldwin Park Medical Center. I am well known by my middle name: Fatima.

Biography

My decision to become a physician mainly stemmed from my eagerness to learn about the complexity and uniqueness of the human body. In addition to being a physician, I am the mother of three young children. Outside of work, I have an interest in instilling leadership skills to young girls. Hence, I have been a Girl Scout leader for a number of years. My motto is: No matter what, get up and keep moving. Giving up is not an option.

About my practice

I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of the wonderful, compassionate colleagues I work with on a daily basis. The practice allows me to focus on member care and not business management. Additionally, Kaiser Permanente allows me the flexibility to practice inpatient medicine while also spending precious time with my children.

How I thrive

I strongly believe that exercise, a good healthy diet, regular medical visits for preventive care, and maintaining a spiritual devotion, are key to a successful and happy life.
