About Me

I was born in Los Angeles and grew up in rural Utah. I attended Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania and then moved to California for medical school at Stanford University. I remained in the San Francisco Bay Area for my residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, which was the county hospital for San Jose, Calif.

About my practice

I have worked as an Ob/Gyn since 2007. I especially enjoy minimally invasive procedures such as hysteroscopy. I have great joy teaching students during their women's health rotation and serving on our department's leadership team.

How I thrive

I Thriving for me takes on many forms. It is all about daily yoga, spontaneous dance battles with my two boys, hikes in southern Utah, lake kayaking, New York Times cooking app, and trying to make strangers chuckle.
