About Me
It is a privilege to work for Kaiser Permanente as a licensed psychologist in the Autism Services Program. I completed my doctorate degree in clinical psychology at the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Phoenix, and I have been in clinical practice since 2009. I began my practice at Aurora Mental Health Center in Aurora, Colorado, where I provided outpatient clinical services in English and Spanish to children and families. I have had the good fortune to work in the Autism Services Program at Kaiser Permanente since 2013.
About my practice
The Developmental Pediatric and Autism Services Team is an interdisciplinary team of professionals that provide consultation and evaluations for childhood developmental disorders and autism spectrum disorder for children 0-19 years. This service provides care coordination services for behavioral and developmental therapists including applied behavioral analysis, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as well as referrals for psychiatric and mental health care for those diagnosed with autism.
How I thrive
Finding balance in life has been essential for me to remain physically and mentally healthy. This includes daily exercise, practicing mindfulness, yoga, and spending quality time with my family and close friends. I love to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors through mountain biking, skiing, and snowboarding. I also enjoy gardening, cooking, and reading.
