About Me
I am glad to have the opportunity to introduce to you my medical credentials, practice, outside interests, and family. I am an orthopedic surgeon, husband, and father of three. I have been with Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center since 1996.
Biography
I am a native Southern Californian who grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member. My academic focus combined with a need to be challenged led me into medical school. The complex mechanics of the body drew me to orthopedic surgery. It was the innocence, playfulness and healing power of children that made pediatric orthopedics the obvious choice for my practice.
About my practice
Children's orthopedics includes such conditions as scoliosis, cerebral palsy, congenital deformity, and pediatric trauma. I see and treat most skeletal conditions which can be present during childhood. I cover three Kaiser Permanente medical centers: Bellflower, Baldwin Park, and South Bay. The successful outcome of my patients'' conditions is my highest priority.
How I thrive
My wife and I have been together for more than half of our lives now. We have three children: two boys and a girl. My boys are water polo players and we spend many of our weekends on a pool deck. Our daughter is bright, healthy and happy. I treat the children of my practice as if they were my own.
