About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work as an urgent care physician at Kaiser Permanente.
Biography
I have been practicing for 14 years now in Orange County. In 2001, I started working at the Harbor-MacArthur Medical Offices as a primary care provider for about three years. In 2004, I transitioned to working full time in the urgent care department. I also have hospital rounds duties with our family medicine residency program.
About my practice
Working as an urgent care physician gives me the opportunity to do a lot of procedures and to help members with acute conditions, both of which I truly enjoy. I also love working with students and residents. I have to say that I learn as much from them as they learn from me. After all, these young physicians are going to be the ones taking care of us in the future.
How I thrive
"You are what you do" and "Take the bull by the horns" are messages I try to impart to our members. We have to take an active role in our health. We cannot change genetics, but we certainly have complete control over our lifestyle. Eat healthy, drink healthy, engage in high-intensity cardiovascular exercise, and we'll be amazed by how well we'll feel, both mentally and physically.
