About Me

I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my allergy practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I was born and raised in Northern California and have been fortunate to live both on the East Coast and major West Coast cities including San Francisco, San Diego, and now Los Angeles. I moved to Southern California when I married the love of my life, who is also a Kaiser Permanente physician.

About my practice

Allergy care is my passion! I work with both children and adults. I consider it a great privilege to work for Kaiser Permanente and our Allergy Department. I feel very honored that members have entrusted me with their care, and for that reason I treat members as if they were part of my own family. I am committed to taking the time to listen, to educate, to be honest, and to work with members to establish a reasonable treatment plan using the least amount of medications necessary. I actively encourage member participation to help manage their conditions. I am available via phone and email and work hard to promptly return phone calls and emails.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I keep active by running long distances and cycling. I enjoy cooking, especially Vietnamese dishes passed down from my grandmother. I am also an avid self-taught photographer. My favorite photography subjects are my children. Whenever possible, I enjoy the beach, gardening, and a good book, but most of all, I enjoy being with my family, taking good care of Kaiser Permanente members, and maintaining a positive attitude each day with each person I meet.
