About Me

I graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, then completed my internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Michigan Medical Center. This was followed by a fellowship in cardiology at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. After a year in private practice and as a clinical instructor of medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, I joined the Colorado Permanente Medical Group in 2004. I am board certified in cardiovascular disease and cardiac computed tomography. I was honored to be recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in 2020.

About my practice

I practice general and invasive cardiology, including heart catheterization through the radial artery approach. I have additional expertise in cardiac imaging and was among the first group of U.S. physicians board certified in cardiac computed tomography. I am a member of the SCL Health/Colorado Permanente Medical Group structural heart team, where I use advanced cardiac imaging to guide minimally invasive cardiac interventions, such as atrial septal defect closure and transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
