About Me

Welcome to my Web page! My office is in Woodland Hills, California. I am proud to be a part of Kaiser Permanente because of their, in my opinion, unrivaled quality. My colleagues and staff here are excellent and caring health care providers. Although nothing beats a face-to-face meeting, I hope this Web page helps you learn more about me, and I look forward to meeting you.

Biography

I was born and raised in Southern California, and I completed my undergraduate studies at UC Riverside. I was a high school basketball coach and a high performance athletic trainer before heading off to medical school in the Midwest. I attended the University of North Dakota School of Medicine where I gained a true appreciation for the art and skill of family medicine (as well as cold winters), which I want to bring to Woodland Hills. I completed my residency at Northridge Hospital/UCLA.

About my practice

I consider members my partners in their health care. We are in the business of keeping you healthy together. Building mutual respect and an open rapport is the cornerstone of my practice. I encourage members to take ownership of their health by being actively involved in preventive measures, such as eating right and exercising regularly. I enjoy being involved with the whole family. I see members of all ages (from infants to seniors). I encourage you to sign up with kp.org, which gives you the option of emailing me with any questions you may have.

How I thrive

I try to keep a balance between my work and home life. I enjoy working out, playing basketball, and playing the piano. Maybe someday I can get back into coaching.
