About Me
Welcome to my Web page! I’ve been an Ob/Gyn physician since 2005 and now specialize in hospital-based obstetrics. I feel that I have the best job in the world. It is a great honor to be able to take care of women during their pregnancy and birth process.
Biography
I come from the Midwest and was raised in a small farming community in Kansas. I became an Ob/Gyn physician because I really wanted to be able to provide health care for women. Since my upbringing in Kansas, I have worked in Uganda, Vietnam, Peru, Nicaragua, South Africa, and Indonesia. I have always had a sense of wonder regarding different cultures and the beauty in our world, and I hope to bring a multicultural awareness to my practice.
About my practice
There are many important aspects of what I consider a successful practice. First and foremost is that the member is at the top of the list. I work with a team that strives to put member satisfaction and safety as number one, all the while practicing the best medicine we can.
How I thrive
Keeping a sense of appreciation of the world around me is important. I enjoy spending time doing fun and healthy activities with my family, such as going to the beach, visiting museums, watching a sunset, or cooking a good dinner together. Looking at life as one marvelous adventure is what I strive to do.
