About Me
Thanks for visiting my Web page.
Biography
I was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey, so I am an East Coast native. But I spent some time in California after college and I liked it so much that, after my residency, I moved to the South Bay. I went to college at Yale and medical school at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. I completed my residency in internal medicine and served as chief resident for a year at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 1989. Since then, I have practiced medicine in both the office and the hospital. I enjoy the challenge and diversity of practicing in these two very different settings, and I think the experience gained in each setting improves my work in the other.
About my practice
I care for members 18 and older. I manage both immediate and long-term medical problems as well as provide routine health maintenance and preventive care. I am committed to keeping my knowledge up to date, using the most current standards of medical practice. My goal is to help you achieve the best health possible while giving you the best experience possible.
How I thrive
I try to maintain balance and perspective every day. In my free time, I like to run, swim, listen to music, play the piano, read, ski, ride motorcycles, and go to the movies. Of course, I also try to follow the same health advice I give my patients in order to stay as healthy as I can!
