About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you. I am a board-certified physician in internal medicine. I have been a Kaiser Permanente member since 1971. My very wonderful and positive experience with Kaiser Permanente as a patient is the reason I decided to become a physician here. I have been working at Kaiser Permanente since 1996.
Biography
I grew up in the Los Angeles area and majored in biology at UCLA. I attended California State University to work on a master’s degree in biology and then went to medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. I completed my residency in internal medicine at the UCLA/Kaiser Permanente residency program.
About my practice
I’m currently practicing at the Rancho Bernardo Medical Offices in San Diego. I am honored to be a partner with my patients in their health care. My staff and colleagues work well together, and we try to provide the best care for our patients.
How I thrive
I stay well by trying to maintain balance in my life as both a doctor and a mother. I enjoy art, science, music, books, film, and history. My favorite hobby is spending time with my children, teaching them to enjoy and appreciate life, and how to be kind and helpful to those around them. Life is short, family is precious, and health is priceless.
