About Me

Welcome to my Web page! I am excited to be a physician at Kaiser Permanente and happy to have this chance to introduce myself and tell you about my practice.

Biography

I am originally from New York but I've lived in Michigan and Philadelphia as well before making the move out west to Southern California. As the son of a physician, I saw how my father provided compassionate care to all his patients. Naturally I wanted to follow in his footsteps.

About my practice

As an interventional radiologist, I practice in a cutting-edge field utilizing the latest technologies to perform minimally invasive procedures for my patients. Typically these procedures result in less down time and in fewer complications. I am able to guide catheters, needles, and wires inside the body through very small holes to treat a variety of diseases. I am particularly interested in treating venous diseases (varicose veins, venous malformations, pelvic congestion syndrome), peripheral vascular disease, pain management, and women's health issues such as uterine fibroids. In addition, a large portion of my practice is focused on oncology including the treatment of liver and kidney cancers.

How I thrive

I try to stay active! I rescued a puppy and have been trying to tire him out by running. Fall brings college football during which I get to watch my beloved Wolverines. In the winter you will usually find me on the ski slopes.
