About Me
Hello, I’m Dr. Mary Pascasio, and I welcome you to Kaiser Permanente! I am both excited and proud to be a part of the Kaiser Permanente continuing care team in Panorama City. As a member of this team, I aim to serve and protect our most vulnerable members.
Biography
I joined the Kaiser Permanente team in 2011 after completing my residency in Long Island, New York. With my husband, who is also a Kaiser Permanente physician, and our 2 young children, we traveled cross country to accept this great opportunity to join the Kaiser Permanente team.
About my practice
I work at one of Kaiser Permanente’s contracted skilled nursing facilities, located just 1 mile from the Panorama City Medical Center. Here we help transition members from the hospital and back to their homes. At the facility, I am joined by a nurse practitioner, extended care coordinator, and a social worker. I believe it is important to remind ourselves that life can be fragile. We should take every chance we get to use our own unique gifts and talents to the best of our abilities in order that we serve each other accordingly. Let us join together in promoting good physical, mental, and spiritual health and in doing good for others.
How I thrive
As a physician and mother, every day proves to be a balancing act. At the end of a hard day’s work, I am guaranteed to be welcomed by homework, tests, and my children’s tae kwon do classes.
