About Me
I grew up primarily in the state of California, venturing off to college in Washington, and back again to complete medical school and residency at Loma Linda University. There I fell in love with being a pediatrician. I am married and have a beautiful daughter that keeps me smiling and on my toes.
About my practice
I truly believe that parents are an integral part of a child's medical health and that collaborating with them results in the best quality of life for any child. I welcome questions from families and want to work with them side-by-side to make sure their children are as healthy as they can be. It is truly a privilege to be part of the children and families lives I work with. My patients are constantly teaching me as well, and display an example of honesty and openness that I try to mirror in my practice. I never imagined the effect becoming a parent would have on my career, and now I am a better pediatrician thanks to my daughter and a better mother thanks to my patients.
How I thrive
Family is the main ingredient in my life that provides energy and joy. I find the most pride in my daughter and like to think that chasing her about is equivalent to going to the gym. We love to hike and be outdoors as often as possible and sneak in traveling when we’re able to.
