About Me

I am a woman of the west. I love the beauty of the Rockies. I live with my husband and our animal menagerie in the country. Our son is a successful young adult who fills our life with joy. I have been a nurse practitioner since 1984. I love my patients and my profession.

About my practice

I see my role as a caring provider who first learns about you through deep, compassionate listening. Your life experiences are important to our work together. I have years of experience and am an avid reader of biopsychosocial science. I love the diversity of my patients and offer my knowledge, education, and support freely to help you reach your goals. In addition, I am an Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I am also educated as a mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist.

How I thrive

I thrive by balancing work, play, family, nature, and mindfulness. I am active, eat well, and work to maintain a positive outlook on life.
