About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you a little about my practice and myself. I like being part of Kaiser Permanente because of all the wonderful coworkers and members.

Biography

I was born in Taiwan and am fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Along with my family, I came to America in 1968. I grew up in Delaware and Western Pennsylvania. After residency, I was Chief of Traumatic Brain Injury at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey. Later, I was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Rehabilitation at the USC School of Medicine in the Orthopedic Surgery Department. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 1997.

About my practice

I truly believe it is important for physicians of different departments to collaborate and work well together as a team. I also believe the same type of shared responsibility is good for my patients. We work together towards a common goal: their health.

How I thrive

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, playing basketball, bicycling, building computers, and watching movies. I try to exercise regularly but there are times that I get distracted. On the spiritual side, I am an active member of my church. It is important for me to surround myself with friends and family beyond the work environment.
