About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m very interested in helping you maintain your health and well-being. This page will help you learn a little more about me.

Biography

I'm originally from England, and I moved to the United States as a teenager. I completed my medical education at Loma Linda University. My grandfather was a doctor in Hong Kong, and he urged me to consider medicine as a profession. I also have two children who are in the medical field.

About my practice

I recently moved to Fontana to help with teaching in the Kaiser Permanente residency program. I continue to see members in Fontana and I’m committed to helping them attain their health goals while supporting medical education.

How I thrive

I think it’s important to follow your doctor's advice to stay well, and I try to practice what I preach. I keep up with my exercise and healthy diet program, just as I advise my patients to do. I think we all should maintain a good balance between our work and home life. My hobbies include skiing, tennis, and home repair.
