About Me

I am a graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences physician assistant program and received my master’s degree from there. I attended the Pomona College and received a bachelor of arts in history and my bachelors of science in biology, from University of Colorado, Denver. I decided to become a physician assistant because it gave me an opportunity to focus on educating patients and also allowed me to have a good work/life balance.

About my practice

I enjoy seeing patients with injuries including lacerations, burns, and orthopedics. I feel there is an art to getting a wound to heal well, and if I can teach patients to care for their injuries, they will get the best outcomes. I also enjoy seeing pediatrics patients. I feel there is a role for complimentary medicine that can help patients feel their best.

How I thrive

I enjoy traveling on my time off. I have driven around most of the United States and my goal is to visit all the national parks. I also try to visit Costa Rica whenever I get a chance.
