About Me

I am a practicing physician with the Colorado Permanente Medical Group. As a partner provider, I care for Kaiser Permanente patients across Colorado, instead of at a single medical office.

I grew up in a military family and have lived in many parts of the U.S. over my lifetime, but I have had a special place in my heart for Colorado since the first time I lived here when I was 12 years old. I've now been back in Colorado since 1998. My husband and I have 3 children who keep us busy, in addition to my part-time practice with Kaiser Permanente.

About my practice

I love family medicine because of the wide variety of ages that I am privileged to care for every day. I especially love to see children in the office and engage in their joys and curiosities. With all of my patients, my goal is to teach the reasons behind my recommendations and work together to find a care plan that feels like the right fit for their values, beliefs and lifestyle. I look forward to meeting new patients and helping them to feel comfortable, empowered and important to us.

How I thrive

My busy family helps to keep balance in my life. We love to ski together (although I am no longer able to keep up with my children), go camping in the summer (mostly for the roasted marshmallows, of course), and play cards and board games (despite losing to my family far too often).
