About Me

It is my pleasure to serve as a personal physician for Kaiser Permanente members. I believe that our doctors and staff are among the best at delivering high-quality care and making sure you have a positive experience.

Biography

I was born and raised in Orange County. Later I attended USC, where I earned a degree in biological sciences. I also met my wife there, who was studying business. I went to medical school at Western University. After medical school, I entered residency at UCSF Fresno. I served as Chief Resident, often training medical students as well as resident physicians. I have taken care of people in intensive care and both in and out of the hospital.

About my practice

I believe that personal responsibility for your own health is the most important aspect of medical care. I believe that my role as a physician is to offer advice and consultation in order to guide you to better health and well-being.

How I thrive

I maintain balance by trying to live my life as healthy as possible. In order to do this, I make sure that I eat home-cooked meals at least five days a week that include healthy ingredients and little or no processed foods. I also keep an active lifestyle by playing basketball at least two times per week and weight lifting at least three times per week. During these activities I always strive to improve and set new benchmarks so that I know I am progressing in my fitness.
