About Me

I was born and raised in Michigan and went to medical school at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. My husband and I moved to the Northwest in 1999 and lived in Medford, Oregon for 3 years before joining The Portland Clinic and making our home in Portland, Oregon in 2002.

About my practice

I went into Obstetrics and Gynecology because I wanted to educate women about their health and partner with them in keeping and getting them well. I no longer practice Obstetrics but enjoy women’s health and my practice is open to women from adolescence to post-menopause. I have a particular interest in menstrual irregularities and menopausal concerns. The Portland Clinic is a wonderful environment for collaboration and support in the aspect of maintaining health and treatment of illness.

How I thrive

I thrive in being involved with my 12 year old boy/girl twins and 6 year old son. I play piano, take long walks with my golden doodle, run, and do yoga. My husband and I love being here in the Northwest and am fortunate to be in a place that nurtures our souls as well as pushes us to keep physically fit.
