About Me

Welcome to my Web page! I’m happy to introduce myself and feel very fortunate to care for you.  As a radiologist, I work closely with you and your physicians to help diagnose diseases.

Biography

I grew up in the Southeast, where I completed MD/PhD training in Neurobiology at Wake Forest University, focused on using functional MRI to map neural networks in stroke patients. My passion for neuroscience led me to pursue radiology residency at UCSF, where I also completed my Neuroradiology fellowship. I joined Kaiser Downey in 2017 and it has been a true privilege to serve along with my excellent colleague physicians, to provide you with the best care possible.

About my practice

My specialty is radiology. I utilize CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and other imaging modalities to diagnose diseases. My special interest is in Neuroradiology, where the focus is on evaluating disorders that affect the brain, head and neck, and spine.

How I thrive

I believe that a well-rounded life outside work makes for better physicians. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, tennis, good food, and spending time with family and friends.
