About Me
I consider it an honor and a privilege to work as a social worker in my home state of Oregon. I earned a master's in social work from Portland State University in 1995, having received a bachelor's in social work from Northwest Nazarene University in 1992. I also completed Portland State University's post-graduate certificate in therapy with adoptive families in 2007. I have had the great opportunity to live in both Venezuela and Colombia and have experienced many other cultures in my travels. My pronouns are she/her.

How I thrive
"Success means getting up once oftener than you fall down." Thriving for me means keeping balance in my life. I am invigorated by learning and by traveling near and far. Every day I try to have moments to laugh, to believe, to move, to breathe, to enjoy family and friends, to give to others, to rest, and to try something new. "Be the change you want to see in the world." –Ghandi
