About Me

I was raised in Carlsbad, California, and am delighted to be a part of the primary care team of Kaiser Permanente, serving my local community.

Biography

I completed my undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley with a double major in molecular biology and dance. I graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine and completed a residency with Oregon Health and Science University’s rural family medicine program. I hold a master of science degree from the Université de la Méditerranée in Marseille, France, where I researched and published work in targeted cancer therapies.

About my practice

For me, primary care is the heart of medicine. I believe that by developing relationships with members and their families, we can together cultivate health as well as navigate difficult times of illness. I love caring for members and families of all ages and stages of life, particularly children, adolescents, families, and geriatric members. I have particular interests in women’s health, sports medicine, and dermatology. I am passionate about the importance of lifestyle and the fundamentals of a wholesome diet and dedicated physical activity in maintaining and fostering health.

How I thrive

Northern San Diego County is a wonderful place to live with endless opportunities for an active lifestyle, community engagement, and diverse, healthful cuisine. I find my centering and balance in yoga and cycling class, my inspiration from art, theater, and music, and my relaxation from enjoying healthy meals with friends and family. I look forward to joining you on your journey of health and wellness!
