About Me
I moved to Portland, Oregon, from the San Francisco, California, Bay Area in 1996. I have been providing mental health services to a diverse patient population since 1990.
About my practice
I believe effective therapy is a collaborative process in which treatment goals are co-created to help improve a client's functioning, relationships, and quality of life. I combine solution-focused, family system, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral approaches to address treatment concerns.
How I thrive
I walk every day (rain or shine) with my dog, take an aqua power class twice a week, and have a yoga practice. I love to paint (canvas more than walls) and read in treasured time of solitude.
