About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente. It’s a privilege to be able to care for members and work with my wonderful colleagues.

Biography

I was born in Seattle, Washington, and grew up both there and in Utah. I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology and my medical school training at the University of Utah. My father is a pediatrician, so I’ve always been interested in medicine. Psychiatry allowed me to combine that interest with my curiosity about human behavior. I’m married and have a son in college.

About my practice

My focus is on general psychiatry. I see adult Kaiser Permanente members every day. I work with a team of mental health providers, including social workers, psychologists, nurses, and other psychiatrists. Our goal is to provide high-quality, compassionate care for our members.

How I thrive

I walk five days per week, which helps maintain my energy. My hobby is knitting, which I recommend highly—it can be very relaxing.
