About Me

I earned my medical degree from the Kansas University Medical School and completed my internship and residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. I was a partner in a multispecialty private practice in rural Kansas before becoming a member of the Kaiser Permanente team in 2006.

About my practice

I believe it is important for patients to be willing to communicate openly and honestly about their health care issues. I encourage my patients to be motivated to make healthy life choices. Having the opportunity to develop therapeutic relationships with patients is one of my favorite aspects of practicing medicine.

How I thrive

I like to be outdoors, travel, and spend time with my kids, husband and dog. Living an active life is important to me.
