I received my medical degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center. I completed residency and internship at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. I am board certified in internal medicine. My wife and I moved back to Kansas for five years after completing training but could not wait to get back to Colorado.
I enjoy developing relationships with patients and partnering with them to improve their health. The challenge of problem solving and my love for science led me to medicine and it continues to be a great source of satisfaction. Kaiser Permanente has a great reputation for patient care and outcomes based on evidence-driven medical practice. I trained with many now-Kaiser Permanente physicians and know that they are outstanding colleagues.
I enjoy hiking, camping, fly fishing and travel.
