About Me

I was born and raised in Missoula, Montana, where I developed a love for the outdoors. After medical school, I joined my wife at Oregon Health & Science University, where I did my internal medicine residency, followed by an allergy and immunology fellowship at the University of Washington. Now, I feel fortunate to have returned to Portland. We love this area for the abundant outdoor opportunities — beautiful hikes and great fishing!

About my practice

I am thrilled to be a part of Kaiser Permanente, where staff is exceptional and quality of care is top notch. I enjoy caring for patients of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy the challenge of evaluating and managing a wide range of allergy-related issues as well as immunodeficiencies.

How I thrive

I thrive by spending time with my wife and dog and the rest of our family and friends. When time permits, I enjoy taking advantage of great local fishing.
